Unique Design started over 25 years ago as Unique Kitchens with a studio in Stones Corner.
We opened our studio in Clayfield in 2004 and after branching into bathroom renovations in 2010, we decided to change our name to Unique Design.
In our time we have successfully completed 1,000’s of beautiful kitchen and bathroom renovations in the Brisbane and surrounding areas.
We offer an in-home consultation and design at a mutually agreeable time with our dedicated, highly trained designers.
We will visit your home and together we will create a beautiful and functional design that best suits your needs.
We then will use our state of the art CAD software back at our studio to make your dream renovation come to life. We will price it according to the materials you select and in line with your budgetary requirements.
We will give you a comprehensive quote, including trade work, floor plans, elevations and 3D images to help you be better informed when you make your decision to purchase.
There are no hidden surprises when you receive a quote from Unique Design.
The cost of a Kitchen or Bathroom varies considerably due to the complexity of the job and the materials involved.
Whilst it is difficult to give a price estimate, as a guide, we believe the kitchen or bathroom should represent approximately 3% to 3.5% of the value of the property.
This of course can vary due to the purpose of the renovation, be it for resale purposes, rental or to live in for the next 10 years.
It is of course up to the client to decide how much they want to spend on their renovation, but be assured that we’ll be there to give the best professional advice on how to get the maximum benefit for your investment.
We custom make all our cabinetry locally in Brisbane.
All our cabinets are made using environmentally friendly 16mm thick high-quality, moisture resistant particleboard with a white melamine surface. The reconstituted wood fibre used to manufacture this board are sourced from sustainable FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified Australian pine plantations. They are low formaldehyde products (starting at E0) which helps to improve indoor air quality.
